Returns and Exchanges
Please only send returns for apparel and other merchandise purchased from the AMD Fan Store to this address. For returns of AMD graphic cards, processors, etc. please contact your retailer from original purchase. For more information please visit the AMD.com store FAQ
To return an apparel or other item from the AMD Fan store, please fill out the online returns form.
All returns/exchanges must be requested and received within 30 days of original order date. Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If you are returning for credit, your credit card will be refunded for the item(s) and applicable sales tax within 5 business days of the receipt of the goods in our warehouse.
